Business Head - Travel Business

We are Hiring for Business Head for Gurugram Location.

Job Description:

- Minimum of 15 years of work experience leading a complete business vertical Including sales, commercial, technical and operations.

- Understanding of API & distribution model, deal allocations, commercial contracts due diligence, and backend operations for all travel products.

- This role holder will be responsible for the entire P&L for the said business vertical.

- Technical development of the product and handling the client requirements.

- Drive sales, implement incentive plans, and ensure collections are completed as per the contract and timelines.

- This senior management role requires a visionary leader who can drive sales growth, manage. technical developments, and oversee the implementation and maintenance of White label and API. solutions.

- The Business Head will play a crucial role in the strategic planning and execution of sale targets, ensuring the success and expansion of our distribution networks.

- The ideal candidate will have experience in operations, and sales and have grown to handle the entire business vertical.

- Understanding and experience in the travel domain and travel products is a must.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement robust sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets for Whitelabel, API, and Distributors.

- Ensure the timely issuance of live credentials for Whitelabel and API integrations to new. partners and clients.

- Oversee the drafting, negotiation, and finalization of agreements with Whitelabel, API partners, and distributors.

- Ensure all agreements comply with legal and regulatory standards and serve the best interest of the company.

- Collaborate with the technology department to oversee new developments, address technical issues, and ensure the seamless operation of our services.

- Monitor the deals distribution for all agents and partners on real time basis.

- Manage the call-center operations for operations support.
