- Create and lead a team of operations, marketing, business development managers for car carrier transportation

- Responsible for creating new business through contact with prospective customers in the assigned market

- Responsible for managing and growing customer base and selling logistics solutions to customers

- Responsible for identifying market trends and competitive rate actions and communicating those trends to the Car Carrier Transportation
