The primary role of the Business Head is to ensure that the strategic and business objectives of company are implemented. This in turn translates into the following heads :

Viewership KRA's :

- To improve the GRP numbers of the flagship of the channel from the current number.

Will be responsible for :

- Content/Programming

- Revenues

- Operations

- Overall Profitability of the channel

- The position will be reporting to the President.

- Must have experience in programming and Revenue functions
