Business Head - Telecom/Facility Management Industry

Assume P&L responsibility for regional operations and ensure effective service delivery and functioning of the associated branches by managing:

- Profitability of key accounts operations

- Delivery of high quality service to customers in accordance with company polices

- Harmonious industrial relations supported by ER team

- Effective partner relationships

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a service industry with large distributed ( logistics & telecom )

- Experience of independently managing a P&L

- Awareness of labour laws and IR environment
