Description - The Businee Head for the Western Region would be responsible for strategy, structure, budgets, people, financial outcomes and scorecard metrics. The individual will be involved in all key decisions that are pertaining to short term and long term plans for the company, cost / budget decisions, organisation structure & manpower plans, technology & product vision.

Description -
- Create strategic plans for the region by understanding the technological and financial opportunities and presenting assumptions
- Communication and implementation of strategy in the designated region to drive performance
- Cost analysis and forecast to assess progress towards goals
- Reviews and approves preparation of accounting analysis and capital expenditures for the region
- Responsible for teams performance, designing incentives and improving effectiveness
- Region expansion - Sales approach and network development
- Drives high quality customer experience
- Formulating and administering overall organisational strategic planning & growth frameworks.
- Technology design concepts or new technology used for new or existing business to drive cost reduction, safety, better customer experience and market growth.
- MBA from Premium School
- P&L management experience is a must
