Business Head (STEM PRODUCT) for an EdTech Organisation

Key Responsibilities :

This is a leadership role which will give you full freedom and opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. The role acts as the single point of ownership for all aspects of the Product

1. Product Development and Quality Excellence

a. Oversee product development and enhancement, adhering to project guidelines

b. Build a culture of continuous innovation to ensure product remains best in class

c. Oversee and ensure parameters of service delivery, quality excellence and training

2. Business

a. Developing and delivering annual operating plans for the business

b. Deliver annual revenue and profitability targets

c. Oversee y-o-y growth of the B2B Eureka business

d. Conceptualize and execute potential revenue streams

e. Oversee the establishment of Product geographic footprint outside India

f. Build and maintain relationships with key clients

3. Processes and Operations

a. Oversee optimal operations and manufacturing cycles

b. Ensure cost control and close tracking of annual budgets

c. Institutionalize best practices in services and delivery

Essential Cognitive and Behavioral Skills :

1. Minimum 8+ years experience, preferably 3+ as an entrepreneur or in a start up

2. Excellent leadership skills, ability to build and retain teams

3. Strong project and process management skills

4. Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to influence others

5. Excellent analytical and communication skills

6. Proven ability to grow and lead a business is preferred

7. Self-driven, positive attitude

8. Strong subject knowledge in Science or Maths is preferred

9. Creative bent of mind, prior experience or expertise in building a product is preferred
