Business Head - Startup - IIM/IIT

What we are looking for :

Capabilities :

- Startup attitude is a must: quick execution and willingness to work crazy hours and 6 days a week

- Preferable experience of growing an independent business/ vertical from scratch. Growth startup experience is very valuable

- Ability to structure complex problems, and operations experience is very relevant for this position

- Having worked with revenue and cost side is preferable, since this job involves management of end to end P&L

- Candidate must be high on energy

Responsibilities :

- Business Head of new vertical: managing the end to end P&L of Delivery outlets

- Setting up processes to grow the business from 4 outlets in Gurgaon at present to over 20 outlets across India

- Working closely with business development, marketing, operations, HR and training to ensure performance across all KPIs

- Very high on execution role, with complete autonomy
