Business Head - Staffing Vertical

We have been engaged by a Multi Bn Dollar MNC into "Staffing & Consulting" space to identify a "Business Head" to be based at Bangalore to manage their "Technical Staffing Business Vertical".

- Looking at hiring a strategic leader with strong "Sales & PnL" acumen preferably from an engineering background with a minimum of 16+ years of experience.

- He should be able to conceive & execute strategies, drive corporate growth, profitability and value. Link business objectives with powerful enterprise-level strategies, business and technology translator & accelerator. Innately wired for tactical thinking, formulate & execute corporate plans.

- Respect & leverage human capital- motivate, mentor, and lead talented professionals.

- The role will majorly comprise of Key Account Management, New Business Development, Revenue Enhancement, Profit Centre Operations and People Management.

- The resource should be well-versed with the Indian Corporate and MNC markets and should possess added expertise in Channel Development & Support, utilizing strong communication and Relationship Management skills.

- Extensive knowledge of latest market trends along with critical business and commercial information that help develops executable Sales/ Business Strategies will be an added advantage.
