Business Head - Spices

The role and responsibilities of this position are :

- A Profit Centre Head for the new division on Spices.

- To conceive, formulate, implement and excel the new division of Spices in the group.

- Identify and bring in TPU suppliers and Brand them to Market.

- Set the pan India Team and effectively realize the target achievements.

- Develop the range and create Brand and promote thru multiple Media channels.

- Bring Best HR policies and retain talents.

- Improvise new products periodically and increase sales volumes Y on Y.

- Maintain proper timeline and Top and Bottom line targets.

- Report to the Board

Only those who have proven expertise in managing a profit centre role in a medium / large spices manufacturing and marketing organization would only be considered for this role.
