- Lead Business Development (Multi Segments), Sales for PAN India and strategic support to Technical Services & Marketing Communications.

Description :
- Generates end customer insights and opportunities, Identifies relevant emerging trends and resulting implications & opportunities.
- Drive Specialty products sales for India region
- Identifies implications of changing competitive & market landscape, Understands competitor strategies, source of differentiation and product portfolio strategy for relevant segment and Identifies changes in competitive strategies and builds contingency plans.
- Drives development of cross-functional growth strategies, Drives market & opportunity based planning, ensuring that all planning begins with customer needs. Develops marketing strategies to capture prioritized growth opportunities and creates rich pipeline of concepts and roadmaps for new products, services and other growth initiatives.
- Partner with sales & technical services to implement customer specific growth strategies, Builds strong relationships with end customers. Defining and implementing short and long term Technical Service strategies to address customer needs.
- Optimizes the product portfolio, Supports management of product portfolio with end customer insights and Integrates portfolio changes and executes portfolio alignment with end customer.
- Fosters a sense of collaboration and works effectively across the organization to achieve goals, Makes decisions and takes actions that are in the best interest of the organization.
Profile :
Bachelor's / Management Degree with atleast 18 years of professional work experience in B2B sales, sales & marketing in Chemicals, business development in professional services, and client relationship management.
- Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build and grow connections with people of all types and backgrounds. Showcase exemplary people leadership and develop future organization.
- Experience in speciality chemical industry catering to multi-segments and in India.
- Travel including international travel, therefore employee must possess or can acquire a valid passport. Ability to travel up to 50 to 60%.
