Head - Social Infrastructure (Education, Healthcare)  Reporting to: Managing Director - Consulting  Experience:  - Minimum 15 years of total work experience with a minimum of 10 years in either education sector or healthcare sector or both.   The person should have the exposure of the following:  - Making business strategies for expansion for education or healthcare players (including undertaking feasibilities).  - Have a successful track record of undertaking transactions in this space, structuring deals and deal closure experience, equity/debt/JVs/ management contracts etc.  - The person should have exposure of working in the major markets in India and be familiar with the laws and regulations governing this sector in India.  - Exposure of other countries would also be welcome.  - Exposure to M&As in these sectors would be an asset.  - Should have managed a team and owned a P&L responsibility.   Duties & Responsibilities: 	 Functional:  - The person would be responsible for leading the division in India and neighboring markets. This would be a P&L responsibility and the person would have to drive revenue and profit margins as per pre-agreed targets set in the beginning of the year.  - The person would be responsible for devising the strategy for the team, and implementing it for both consulting and transactions to achieve the goals set. The person should be a team player as well as there is a lot of collaboration that happens between the various teams among the organisation  Strategic:  - This is a young team and this sector is now picking up in a big way in India. This team is currently working with all the key players in education and healthcare (in India) and have won a couple of key mandates and delivered some big projects as well.   - The person who comes on board is expected to take this team to the next level of growth.   - The person would also have to collaborate with the company’s education and healthcare teams operating in regions. The person should have the ability of handling and overseeing trans-national mandates.  Role Specific Skill Sets Required:   - The person should be a team player and a natural leader.  - He should have adequate hands on experience of working in this sector and should have managed key relationships and networks of these accounts in India and abroad (preferred).  - Should have straddled both consulting and transactions in this space. More weightage for transactions experience.  - The person would be the media face of this team and be the domain expert for company in this field.  Education: Preferably MBA
