Description
- P&L Management of the SME business & Consumer Durable lending
- Identification of the new business opportunities
- Building on the channels (DSA, Open market, Alternative channels) to penetrate the market
- Strategising the expansion of the portfolio by driving operational efficiencies across all locations
- Driving product metric of SME & Consumer Durable to impact profitability
- Ensuring portfolio health by monitoring the portfolio quality
- Building a team of sales professionals pan India & work on training and development requirements of team
- Managing business enablers like Collections, Credit & Product
Profile
A desired candidate should be furnished with the following responsibilities:
- A drive to grow the business with the given resources
- Expertise in managing various channels of sourcing business
- A knack of building upon a team at zonal levels to grow the business at Pan India level
- Managing enabling functions of Credit to ensure a sound health of the portfolio
- Liasioning with collections to ensure a minimum delinquent portfolio
- Collaboration with the product to ensure a competent market offering
