Business Head (Secured & Unsecured Loan) - NBFC Company - North India

- Enabling all the products and processes on technological platform

- Work closely with cross functional team such as various business units, credit, audit, legal, operations, compliance, IT etc. to formulate product and processes in line with organization goal.

- Manage productivity of the frontline team and ensure interventions to increase the same

- Establishing PSL compliant business origination plan of the bank and ensure achievement of bank's PSL product program.

- Reporting PSL progress and advising strategy to top management, periodic updation with finance, compliance and audit.

- Create and update management reports to communicate progress of product, develop product descriptions and analyze performance of existing bank products

- Product & Process development/redesign of Agri Loans including WRF, MFI, Project loans, Tractor, KCC, Bill Discounting,Loan Against Property and other secured & unsecured Product

- Monitor industry and market trends related to the product by researching on competitive pricing and practices to develop competitive strategies.

- Identification of various agencies like Collateral Manager, Business Correspondent and tie -up with them for various business opportunities.

- Handle regulatory Audit and exchanges from RBI and other institutions - Handling Annual Financial Audit (AFI)/ Risk Based Supervision (RBS) for PSL and Agri & Inclusive Banking by RBI
