Job Summary :
- Head the overall P&L of the SCF business, as a part of the leadership team in a leading NBFC.
- Work on strategic initiatives along with the founders to build a robust team and grow the business exponentially.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute PAN India sales and business development strategy.
- As part of the leadership team, responsible for strategic partnerships and alliances, team building & development.
- Working with twin objectives of providing Indian businesses with access to cutting edge technology solutions and affordable capital.
- Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Develop relationship across the routes and stakeholders to ensure a strong network with the market.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual business forecasts, monitor and analyze performance metrics and take corrective action.
The successful applicant :
- Senior candidates with 15+ years of strong experience in sales, strategy, operations, supply chain financing, trade financing, in the banking and financial services ecosystem.
- Leadership ability to drive strategic initiatives within the team and lead the overall P&L responsibility for the business.
- Strong experience in business development, partnerships and alliances in the BFSI vertical.
- Ability to build the business from initial stage and scale it exponentially.
- Team Management experience and strategic sales exposure is a must.
