Sales Business Head - Wellness

- Create Format sales plan and in alignment with business objectives with reporting Business heads for each format

- Support Center and Store managers with day-to-day store operation through Business Heads

- Evaluate store and individual team performances

- Report on format sales results

- Forecast quarterly and annual profits

- Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople

- Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility

- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth

- Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions

- Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition

- Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction

- Giving appropriate direction to business heads as per the need

- Being the process owner of the formats, has to actively ensure process is followed, and deviations to be discussed with root causes and actions to be taken to ensure no deviations

- Oversee Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivables functions

- Accounts Receivable Management and chasing overdue debts whenever necessary

- Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of internal controls

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting and data submissions as required for various internal and external requirements

- Review the work performed by the team members on periodic basis and suggest the areas for improvement

- Develop or recommend solutions for problems or situations
