Business Head - Western Region (India)
Position summary : This is a sales leadership position where the individual will be responsible for driving business and new account acquisition from Western region of India
Reports to : Vice President - Sales (India)
Skill Set Required :
- Engineering or MBA Graduate from premier institutes having 15-25 years of experience in driving/leading sales of Software B2B Products/Solutions across industry segments in Western Region.
- The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with strong account acquisition experience
- Ability to forecast future sales trends and devise future sales strategies for the same.
- Devising strategies to maximize sales and realization & implementing them.
- Ability to motivate, guide and lead the sales teams and help them to achieve their goals. This would include the ability to play the role of a mentor.
- Strong strategic capability with ability to manage strategic and operational goals.
- Strong financial / business acumen.
- Ability to navigate client organizations to identify and engage with decision makers at CXO level.
- Excellent written, communication, inter personal, liaison and problem solving skills with the ability to work in multi cultural environment.
Job Description :
As our sales head for West India, you will be responsible for :
Business Strategy :
Business Strategy for Software Products & Solutions across verticals including :
- Developing new business streams for (eg- Cloud , Mobility ,CCM , Case Management)
- Developing and Implementing Heat Maps for top accounts in the region
- Consistency in meeting revenue targets and order booking
- Improving Forecasting Process and Predicting the Sales Pipeline
- Revenue Generation though meeting and exceeding Sales Target for New Business
- Strategy blue-prints for ROI/market share growth, operational efficiencies and resource optimization
Relationship Management :
- Seeks and builds healthy relationships with key account's decision-making teams and periodically interface them with key stakeholders.
- All customer oriented processes including Customer feedback is managed well internally to ensure high Customer Satisfaction score.
- Work closely with regional sales or commercial team to provide specific input to the customer.
- Participate in regional and local events, conferences and seminars
- Positioning Company with various industry stakeholders
Competition :
- Responsible for creating a compelling value proposition across industries
- Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics.
- Establishing Company's as focused solutions provider in BFSI/Government//BPO/SSC/ industry.
People Management :
- Developing Sales Capability of Team Members
- Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities.
- Enable the sales team through knowledge sharing on Domain, Technology and Customer Centric solutions.
- Plan, control and direct activities of team to attain maximum sales volume and develop maximum potential volume from existing and potential markets.
- Creating a strategic road map and setting goals & milestones for regional sales team
- Provide technical and functional leadership, drive innovation and deliver highly critical projects
Operational Responsibilities :
- Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and Finance), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
- Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
- Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
