Work Experience :20-25 Years of Work Experience, Responsible for sales revenue of the segment and function as a Profit center. Product development,making strategy for market &amp; business growth and improving price realization / profitability across product range. Strong customer network and contacts in key industrial segments. Ability to anticipate and identify changing market trends. communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions. Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives. Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for Sales Revenue of the segment and function as a Profit center. Product development, making strategy for market &amp; business growth and improving price realization/ profitability across product range. Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production,marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices. - Ability to anticipate and identify changing market trends. - Pro-active and effective communicator with strong team leadership and negotiation capabilities. - Strong focus on systems &amp; processes and in making sales reporting efficient and effective. - Keeping a tab on the market developments including gathering market Intelligence on competitor activities. - To formulate business plans and execute the same as per the laid down sales strategy Own and drive the Sales Targets. - Strong customer network and contacts in key industrial segments - Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. - Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a member of the management team. - Play a Significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence. - Management of agency budget in coordination with the Executive Director. - Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices. - Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. - Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state of - the - art practices; participating in professional societies . - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
