Sales - Business Head(Oracle/AMS products) - Top Brand - Mumbai/Delhi
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Lead the Oracle Line of Business for India, defining and executing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth in AMS, Implementation Services, and Oracle product sales
- Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within Oracle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create value propositions, tailor solutions to customer needs, and present offerings effectively.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure timely closure of deals.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to the sales team, driving performance, growth, and engagement
