Job Description : This position will lead a part of the P&L- including sales and service- of a leading mining equipment company for India region of this European MNC. This position will play a pivotal role in sales, business development, product management, and strategy development of the company as part of the leadership team.

Description :
- Responsible for PAN India Equipment Sales & Services other than the Key Accounts.
- Growing business in terms of share of wallet and market share in the products and processes related to our business in suitable market
- Profit & Loss ownership including safety, top line, bottom line, compliance, and other administrative topics.- Customer relationship management with customer's senior management including operational partners.
- Market intelligence related to Underground Mining & Tunnelling and explore avenues for business growth.- Developing new business avenues with the upcoming models and offerings in our portfolio.
- Managing the team and their development to handle the business effectively.- Must have prior experience of managing P&L and direct teams
- Candidates must have done direct selling to accounts and NOT channel sales- Must have knowhow of underground tunneling projects and customers with thorough technical understanding
- Must carry the experience of working in matrix organizations in large and cross-cultural teams- Strong customer management and interpersonal skills
