- A keen desire to drive the Business Development/Sales for a fast-growing early stage startup

- An apparent Founder's mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up Business Development/Sales and shape it independently like a Founder.

Job Description:

It's a purely B2B School Sales profile. The schools/clients will have to be mapped by the person. The entire life cycle of an account is managed by a single salesperson

- Plan and execute end-to-end business development activities

- Manage client discovery and establish first connect.

- Shape the growth strategy of the company together with the founders

- Physically meet the customer and give them a demo of our services.

- Maintain follow-ups over calls to keep building the sales pipeline.

- Explain the services in detail. If needed, give them a presentation.

- Manage pricing negotiations and maintain healthy relationships with clients

- Manage PnL for a chunk of business

- Experience in preparing commercial proposals and drive the deals to closure independently

Requirements:

- Looking for candidates only from B2B EdTech companies only.

- Minimum 2 years of in B2B EdTech sales.

- 100+ school connections preferred.

- Should have good connections with KDM of the schools.

- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to express ideas.

- Should be comfortable working from the office and field.
