JOB PROFILE :
- The incumbent should have a excellent analytical skill-set, understand and involve multi-strategies in driving the organisation goal -sheet
- Responsible for Managing / Driving the Sales business of 2500 Crs.
- Responsible for all Channel Sales - Trade / Key Accounts / Projects
- Responsible for the Sales & Marketing planning, Budgeting, Identifying New geographies, Width and Depth of Distribution, New Innovations, Long term vision, Service levels, customer satisfaction
- Responsible for Business Intelligence & Competition activities
- Responsible for Product presence across rural market coverage
- Managing a large team of 50 direct reporters ( Sr Manager / Manager ) and a addition of large 2nd line team of 600 nos
- Responsible for Complete Marketing Strategies / Processes / Calendar & business targets
- Managing annual budgets
REQUIREMENT :
- Full time MBA - Only from Premium B- School
- Candidate preferred from Beverage/ FMCG / Consumer Durable / Luggage / Lifestyle Brands / Consumer electronics only apply
- Experience : 18 yrs to 22 yrs.
- Candidate should have a Solid Experience in across Regions working .
