Managing a business value of 125 + crores
Managing a team size of - 20 Nos
Responsible for complete Sales & Marketing activities
Role Responsibilities :
- Implement marketing plan and promotion, pricing, product mix & distribution policies of the company to increase market share
- Gather information on competitors- activities in the region and act upon it for benefit of company
- Ensure implementation of sales promotion schemes.
- Achievement of MS gain and profitability objectives set for division.
- Ability to handle large datasets and perform data analysis.
- Review dealers network, strengthen for effective coverage & ensure timely availability of stocks at dealers end through right forecasting.
- Enhance market potential and reach.
- Monitor, evaluate & provide feedback on performance of sales staff.
- Inventory management
- Ensure minimum level of outstandings.
- Ensure adequate after sales service to the dealers.
- Provide information support to H.O.
- Manage, develop & motivate the field managers, officers & sales personnel and improve productivity / yield per month.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Be proactive about embracing and implementing new technology.
