Responsibilities
- Create Strategy and Execute business plans delivering growth across all portfolio brands
- Drives Sale CRM & Operations for the Division with clear KPIs
- Have full P&L accountability
- Have full Balance Sheet and Cash Flow accountability ( Inventory Control, Ordering, Debtor Book, Creditors)
- Build and maintain a high-performance team
- Seek out new and interesting business areas, brands and opportunities in the Wellness Industry.
- Be called upon in Board Meetings / Strategy/Forecasts/Business Metrics
Key Skills:
- Experience in operating a high-performance sales force & build both a B2B & B2C Business.
- Passion for the Health, Wellness & Fitness Industry
- Analytical ability and strong reporting skills
Qualification & Experience:
- MBA / PG with 15 to 25 Yrs experience . Working as a P&L Head for at least last 5 yrs.
