The Candidate:
- Critical to have hands on experience in a leadership role :
- Developing, Managing and leading a business that partakes in the B2B processed food industry.
Experience in establishing a :
- Food Strategic Plan, with tactical steps in place. Set up Applications Lab to support the Industry, applications with the Product opportunity matrix.
Ability to :
- Lead from the Front, identify and work towards Principal Acquisition
- Plan key resources need for the Sales and Applications lab
- Develop detailed customer plan, map applications and opportunities and work towards the business conclusion
Target :
- In 24-30 months ensure YSL is entrenched in this segment and establishes a robust revenue stream.
- 8-12 years Food B2B industry experience. Preferably in mid-management role managing a team of both sales and technical
- Hands on experience in Identifying, Narrowing and Seeking focussed Principals with robust product line that has potential in the processed food segment.
- Graduate in Food Science, Chemistry, and Chemical Egg with an MBA from a well-known university/institution.
- Candidates to possess outstanding communication skills, ease in use of MS office based working platforms, should be people manager and be ambitious for progress.
