Business Head - Sales - FMCG

JOB PROFILE:

- Responsible for the business of 150 cr. PA

- Responsible for all Channel Sales

- Responsible for the Sales planning, Budgeting, New geographies, Width and Depth of Distribution.

- Responsible for Product presence across rural market coverage

- Managing a large team of 20 direct reporters and large outsourced team.

- Reporting to the Sales Head.

REQUIREMENT:

- Full time MBA.

- Candidate preferred from Beverage/FMCG only

- Experience – 14 yrs to 18 yrs.

- Candidate should have a Solid Experience in South Region Working , Minimum 2 States
