Business Head - Sales - Fertilizer

Position : Business Head (Fertilizer Segment)

Company : An Indian MNC having diversified business lines and multi-location offices. Our Client has a complex fertilizer manufacturing unit in Senegal . Most of the granulated fertilizer is intended for the West African market, principally for cotton, peanut, and vegetable growing. Our client produces "NPK" fertilizers by combining phosphoric acid with ammonia and potash. Indeed, Nitrogen (N), Phosphorous (P) and Potassium (K) are the essential nutrients plants need to grow. DAP production is also an important product manufactured inside the fertilizer site.

Salary : As per Industry standards (USD Salary+ Bonus + Expat benefits)

Major KRAs

- Head sales & marketing of fertilizer division.

- Formulate sales & marketing strategies & plans.

- Analyzing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors- activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.

- Conceptualizing and implementing innovative plans for accomplishment of pre-designated targets from the assigned territories.

- Driving business growth through identification & penetration of new market segments for attainment of targets with a view to optimizing revenue.

- Using sales forecasting to ensure the sale & profitability of products; analyzing business developments & monitoring market trends.
