Business Head - Sales - EPC Industry

Education:

B.Tech. (Civil), Construction Management from an institution like NICMAR etc.

Experience:

- Must have led sales and run a P&L for at least three years.

- Must have client relationships to win projects on his/her own merit.

- Must have demonstrated an ability to deliver profitable growth.

Future opportunities :

- Presently to be based at Oman later can also be given charge of Dubai Office on the basis of the performance.

Job Description (Indicative only):

Strategy and Operations:

- To strategize and do all turnkey basis and bill the full project cost. On the execution side, will subcontract and ensure ground execution and retain the client management and quality control.

Sales:

- Winning business from clients

Commercial:

- Negotiating terms with clients and sub-contractors.

Operations:

- Building a subcontractor base who would execute these projects for us

Risk management:

- Manage risk and cash flow for every project.

Top management:

- Deliver on business goals as captured in the business plan and annual budget.
