Roles and Responsibilities :

- Managing a team in the business operations/sales function

- Suggesting and implementing the process innovation/improvement and integrating this with the existing setup

- Look into the data and find business insight to improve the productivity of team

- Working cohesively with top management and a team of equally talented and passionate IIT/IIM colleagues

Desired Profile :

Qualification :

- BTech from IIT/BITS/NIT colleges - 2013/ 2014 / 2015/ 2016/2017 batch pass outs only

- Sales experience is a must
