- Spearhead the business operations for Complete - North Region

- Net sales, Distribution and Share of market

- Drive Region profitability through efficient deployment of regional budget and portfolio management

- Design and execution of Sales Strategy in- line with the organizational growth aspiration

- New Market, Infrastructure and Capability development

Talent management : Acquisition, Development and Engagement

Reporting to : Sales Head .
