Role:
- Put in place a mix of right initiatives to enable selling of the products across Rural Areas.
- Support in establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales plans for regions and territories; delivering expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- This role requires to extensively utilizing marketing initiatives for attracting customers in the rural areas through unique selling propositions, pricing, brand building, promotion, displays, and Market generation activities to cater to the local markets, developmental marketing, and setting up the entire infrastructure to service the potential channel.
- Driving market expansion, advertising, promotions, footfall generation activities to ensure maximum profitability
- Liaison with the Marketing team to ensure that adequate marketing support by way of merchandising and promotions is available in the region in order to provide brand visibility and promote sales in the rural areas
Other Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: MBA preferred
- Relevant Experience : 18-24 years
- A track record in FMCG / FMCD with organizations that are strong in rural / semi urban territories
Personal Characteristics & Behaviours :
- Candidate must have expertise in handling P&L at National Level
- Strong Sales and Distribution acumen.
