Role: RPO Business Head Location: Bangalore or Mumbai Experience: 10 to 18 Years Education: MBA - (Premium Institutes Preferred) Industry: Staffing and Recruitment Domain: Information Technology, Automotive Preferred &nbsp; Business Leadership :&nbsp; - This role will be responsible for Scaling up the RPO business for the organization. The position reports to the Senior Partner of the company. - Strong Business Development Experience Local and Global and proven track record of the same. - Will be responsible for taking P&amp;L ownership of the RPO business. - Top Management Client facing capabilities - Sound knowledge of the working landscape competition of the RPO industry and good client connections. - Preferably someone who has handled the RPO business in a regional or national role with the potential to grow into a business head role - Being well-versed with IT Technology and Automotive related RPO business would be desirable. - Establish, Generate &amp; Foster new RPO partnerships and build a sales organization. - Building a business ecosystem by identifying and forging strategic partnerships/ in-house capacity development. - Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the base. - Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth - Participate in negotiations and become a key player in administering contractual agreements with clients in the region. - Provide the Company with marketing/sales intelligence related to its area of responsibility and help the Company's performance. - A key player in budgeting and sales volume planning, tracking and reporting, compile relevant reports for management use. Desired Profile: - Degree with 10 to 18 years of aggressive Business Development and Client acquisition experience. Only professionals from the Staffing and Recruitment industry would be considered. Prior experience in RPO sales is a must. - Strong sales orientation with thorough market insights. - Leadership abilities and stakeholder management capabilities. - Proven experience in setting up RPO's would be desirable. - Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills - Excellent communication skills. - Being self-motivated and flexible. - Process-driven - Strategic Thinking - Compliance driven
