Robotic Process Automation Business Development

A SME in Robotic process automation having wide knowledge of various industry challenges on process and having experience implementing or managing the process automation

The following primary responsibilities to include :

- Setup the RPA practices within the organization .

- Drive/support Business Development for RPA

- Primarily responsible for Solutions support

- Conduct internal training for the sales & BU level

- Maintain good working knowledge of new Automation products (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere and UI Path) and their applications

- Works closely with Product Management, Sales, Automation Partners and Technical Specialists

- Analyze and evaluate Business needs and user requirements across Departments and Customer Environments and develop complete architecture framework for Process Automation Solution

- Manage the implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Solutions

- Work with RPA vendors and internal/external Development Partners

- Ensure smooth implementation of new RPA solutions & processes into businesses

- Develop and implements appropriate quality control and testing procedures, including troubleshooting and training

- Responsible for Communicating/Training/Driving Application duplications from previous successes

- Responsibility for recruiting automation engineering personnel, which includes process automation and specialists with expertise in software configuration, programming, graphics, hardware engineering and design etc.

- Monitoring progress and performance of all process automation project teams to assure quality of work product and ensure continuity of design

- Establishing and maintaining procedures, specifications, and standards relative to the Process Automation Group

- Functioning as a mentor to staff and provide consultation to peers on how to accomplish goals

- Coordinating with Project PM's and project controls to set resourcing requirements for projects.

- Support the process automation group in the resolution of staff issues

- Responsibility for overall group success

Qualifications :

- Recognized Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in engineering or technical field from an accredited college or University required

- Ability to manage people, lead, and execute engineering automation projects

- 15+ years over all experience with 5+ years managing / leading Automation projects

- Development experience in C# or VB is preferred

- Strong analytical, problem solving and documentation skills;

- Passionate, motivated and ambitious

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Well networked in the industry with contractor and owner contacts

- Demonstrates a broad technical knowledge of engineering

- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) required
