About:- The Group trades in fabric material and readymade garments. In 1995, the Group started their business by trading in various types of fabric textile materials in bulk quantities. Over a period of time, the Group has established their trading business in fabric and has strong clientele relationship. The Group is having corporate office at Lower Parel, Mumbai and Godown in Bhiwandi, Thane.
- Initially, the centralized business of the brands was divided into three segments - Men's Wear, Women's Wear and Kid's Wear. Each of these segments has three major products shirting, suiting and bottom wear. With growth, each of the products has been profit centre for each brand.
- The brands have decentralized their each product as separate profit centre to assess the performance and profitability product wise. Now, brands functions through different departments for each product such as shirting- s, bottom wear, suiting etc. Thus, we have reorganized our business product wise to fall in line with the business model of our customers.
- To concentrate on this product wise approach of business and to follow the trend of the brands to service their departmentalized approach, the Group has formed companies to carry out and expand its business operations.
Job Description as below:-
Strategic Planning
Formulating business plans to achieve organizational objectives
Supervising complete operations to achieve the business goals, operating profits & cost efficiencies
Business Development
Responsible for developing and expanding business through company owned outlets
Present business plans with potential clients and negotiate terms and conditions of exclusive brand outlets
Retail Operations
Responsible for sales & operations of EBOs pan India
Driving overall Business Development, Operations, Revenue Generation & Profitability
Monitoring the performance of Buying EBOs regarding sales, remittances, stocks, visual merchandising and other administrative procedures
Reviewing and analysing the merchandise movement and performance to achieve a healthy sell through across categories and to control dead and slow moving merchandise situation
Mapping store wise sales performance & developing presentations for pre-season/flash collection booking
Coordinating merchandising activities like window display in tune with market profile, thematic in store display, effective visual impact for higher conversion & maintain a high-end store image
Planning & implanting infrastructure, renovation & expansion in stores
Marketing
Forecasting monthly/annual sales targets & driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing team to achieve them
Handling promotional activities & in shop promotions for enhancing market visibility
Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends
Proactively involved in customer interaction & extensive feedback management to ensure high levels of customer service & satisfaction
