- Premier biz school with 13-15 years work experience

- Candidate should be ideally not more than 37 years.

- Should be young fast trackers over years of experience.

- Consistent stints of at least 5 years in each job.

- Strong well rounded professional - Sales & B.D

- Hands on in B2B sales

- Closed large deals

- Strong in Business operations, P&L / Profitability and people mindset

- Be able to build a 3-5 year roadmap and drive it like an entrepreneur

- FMCG - go getter mindset.

- Overall Biz Leadership qualities.

- Sales professional with a well rounded SCM exposure / intense logistics & distribution company experience.

- A strong Leader who can relate to people at all levels, work with an entrepreneur.

- Someone who can build systems rather than run a system.
