Pinnacle Solutions, a leading recruitment firm is looking forward to recruit for one its key retail clients who is going to launch their eCommerce venture in Furnishing/ Home furniture/ recliners and associated categories in 2014. The group is based out of Delhi/ NCR with a manufacturing facility in Roorkee.

Profile: Business Head

Job Location :Delhi

Budget : 12- 15 lacs + Stocks

- Develop and implement the strategy for the development and management of the distribution business both off-line and gradually online as well.

- Recruit team members to develop & build the organization

- Responsible for the development and performance of the business working with key people within the organization

- Build strategy to seek distribution rights of international and domestic manufacturers

- Prepare the sales budget & strategies to meet business objectives.

- Ensure compliance of all statutory requirements

- Build infrastructure for optimum distribution of products across India.

- Maintain electronic catalog & create on-line ordering capabilities.

- Manage and maintain adequate inventory across distribution network

- Ensure customer satisfaction with products and order processing.

- Develop WEB strategy for online order processing.

- Creating systems for responding to all enquiries on website and mail.

- Review leads and potential targets. Review material that is being purchased. Also provide sales with add-on sales opportunities.

- Coordination on logistics with respect to all the orders.

- Ensuring all customer queries are answered to customer satisfaction.

Relevant Education : B.Tech./MBA from premium colleges like IIT/ BITS Pilani/ IIM/ ISB
