Business Head - Restaurant/QSR Domain - Analytics Business Unit

Required Skills & Experience :

- Restaurant industry expert with 10-15 years of experience in Restaurant domain

- Has worked with multiple restaurant formats and channels like fast casual, quick service restaurants, casual dining, luxury dining, e-commerce delivery,

- Has an in-depth understanding of supply chain, central operations (financial, marketing, demand and supply, forecasting, cost control, replenishment) and restaurant operations

- Has helped drive analytics-based initiatives in restaurant domain

- Has a broad understanding of how business objectives can be realized through analytics including Key Performance Indicators across the value chain in restaurant domain

Key Responsibilities :

- Guide and help shape Analytics product for Restaurant Industry

- Provide subject matter expertise to drive Customer Engagements and conversions

- Work with team during project execution and help customers achieve the desired value from Analytics implementation

- Suggest the best practices followed by Restaurant industry players in the field of Analytics and how the adoption can improve the bottom line of the business
