Business Head - Rental Housing Space - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS/SPJ

My client is a leading new age organization dealing in the rental housing space and aims to become the dominant player in the $100 billion market in India.

It provides ready to move in long term rental spaces at affordable rates. These accommodations are fully furnished and maintained by the company.

About the role:

The Business Head will lead a cross functional team of Business Development, Transformation, Operations and Sales and own the city's growth and overall P&L management, team management, business expansion, GTM

Key responsibilities:

1. Build a strong team capable of launching and growing the market.

2. Supply addition as per AOP with positive contribution margin at a property level.

3. Ensure great Guest experience and retention of guests.

4. Drive occupancy and Revenue of live properties.

5. Support Central excellence functions to improve and build processes and product for better efficiency on the field.

Business Head will be responsible for management and maintenance of all Stock in a cluster. He/She will drive relations with owners, resolving their grievances, owning Customer experience and driving Operational efficiency.

We are looking for candidates from Tier 1 B Schools only, ideally IIMs/ISB/MDI/FMS/SPJ, batch 2011-2013 pass outs.
