Hiring for one of the larger Multinational company deals in to Security Products.
Job Profile : Business Head / Regional Head (P&L Management)
Job Location : Gurgaon
Job Description :
Strategic Planning :
- Set direction and targets for business, review the strategy and plan to meet financial objectives of the organization.
- Identify strategic initiatives and business opportunities required to achieve business targets.
- Analyze industry, market, competitive scenario, past performance to define the overall service delivery strategy, plan and budget - sales, profitability, PI, collections, manpower etc.
- Identify strategic initiatives required to achieve targets and goals and drive their implementation across the team
Operations Management :
- Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing execution plans, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
- Provides significant advice to the strategic direction of the business from a risk, compliance and incident management perspective.
- Review and ensure timely completion of projects to the customers through installation, commissioning, liasioning with builders, architectures and principal contractors etc.
Client Relationship Management :
- Strive to understand customer's needs and deliver the right/customized solutions
- Develop and maintain brand equity by retaining and building prestigious clients
- Analyze market data, customer feedback to better understand customer's needs and provide guidance to teams to customized solutions
- Build effective relationships at the top most level with critical customers across the branches (along with BD Head/ team) to ensure customer satisfaction
Health & Safety :
- Maintain high standards of health & safety according to Company policy and procedure.
- Proactively advise management on areas for potential improvement, such as staff "well-being programs"
- Promote awareness within the team on safe working procedures and how to identify health & safety issues
Partner Management :
- Manage and strengthen relevant partner relationship to enable collaboration and achievement of common goals
- Participate in negotiations of high value contracts and strategic/sensitive deals
- Responsible for leading in complex IT security negotiations
