- Business Development: Be responsible for generating enough volume of new assignments .
- Maintain Client relationships with existing clients and ensure steady flow of repeat business
- Manage and mentor the Business Development Managers to deliver new client development targets
- Operations: Be responsible for closing targeted value of assignments
- Plan assignment execution and work allocation amongst team members
- Prioritize assignments abased on interaction with the clients after assessment of the chances of success and revenue contribution
- 10+ years of work experience in a recruitment role/RPO role preferably with BFSI experience
- Must be a Team leader and able to handle a team of 10+
- Leadership experience mandatory
- Professional Qualification: MBA
- Should have excellent communication (email correspondence, client communication), Presentation, Relationship building and Negotiation skills
- Self directed work style with minimum direction
- Ability to work under pressure
