Description:-

- Business leader with more than 15 years experience in heading Small or Midsized business.

- Preferably worked in multiple sector, handled large corporate clients.

- Experience in building high performance teams, responsible for business P&L.

- To maximize cost efficiency and productivity

- Formulate the business plan in line with the overall organizational strategy and ensure continuous growth in both revenue and profitability of the business.

- Create, maintain and build relationship with key stakeholders (within and outside the organization) and leverage them for the success of business.

- Good people manager, building and creating a synergy within the team.

- Provide timely feedback, impart the vision and motivate the team. To continuously increase the performance of the team by setting stretch goals and by facilitating the team to achieve the same.

- The incumbent should be a good team leader and administrator, who can take the team along and ensure individual and team targets are achieved.

Educational Qualifications & Experience

- Overall 15 years plus experience with last 10 years handling P&L responsibility of relevant experience.

- BE / B-Tech from a reputed institute. Preferable in Civil.

- MBA from a reputed institute will be an advantage.
