Business Head - Real Estate Acquisition - Hospitality - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Brief Description:

Our Client is one of the leading company in hospitality space and we are looking to hire a Business Head - Real Estate Acquisition, who will be accountable for bringing green field supply on-board and then work with their transformation teams to convert the supply into great wedding space. Will be accountable for supply of self-operated business.

Job Description:

- Develop Self Operated Business Strategy which cities to go after, kind of spaces to go after, how to reach out to owners, pitch strategy, business terms etc.

- Create a BD organization across India to bring to supply [lease spaces]. Includes finding space [directly or via brokers], negotiation, contract structuring, business modelling etc.

- Partner with third party [brokers etc.] across India who can assist BDs in getting supply

- Drive business development team to bring in supply directly or via real estate brokers. Assist in finding and then in closing.

- Work with transformation team [TR] team to convert the spaces to wedding venues

Requirement:

- Tier 1 College MBA preferred

- Must have done a business development role in the past

- Must have dealt with real estate brokers

- Real estate background preferred

- Analytical and self-driven

- Strategic thinker

- Thinks and behaves like an entrepreneur

- Open to travel
