Job description:  - Rapidly create a scalable Insurance (Property and Casualty) oriented IT services practice   - Knowledgeable of business process, technologies and key platform in the Insurance biz especially north America  - Appreciate the impact of mobility, cloud, analytics big data to the Insurance market  - Able to hire and manage large teams  - Ability to participate in client discussions and gain respect  Requirement criteria:  - Graduate and Post Graduate in Computer Science  - Someone who has led the Insurance practice or is No. 2 in the insurance practice of a IT services company. A company that is actively selling into the Insurance Market  - A background in Technology delivery and sales / business development background more from a technology and delivery area. Some experience in pre sales will help  - Domain knowledge, particularly in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry is very critical.  Position can be based in Bangalore or Chennai
