BUSINESS HEAD PROJECTS

Location : Mumbai

- P&L responsibility for projects business, including customer acquisition, project execution, financial management etc

- Handle projects end-to-end including sales & commercials, project plan, budgets, implementation & operations, people deployment up to customer sign off

- Business development for industrial projects to identify new opportunities, upgrade existing facilities, create solutions for customers etc

- Project planning including material & people resources, funds allocation, customer priorities, day-to-day monitoring to ensure progress wrt time & costs

- Manage project financials including costs & budget, customer payments & project cash flow, 3rd party alliances, complete funds deployment & management

- Handle large teams in projects, sales, operations etc

- Multi functional leader, strong commercials & numbers, great with internal people & clients

- BE+MBA, 15-20 years experience, 43-46 years of age, Rs. 60-70 lakhs per annum

Can be 2nd in line in his current role, Mumbai candidates only

Not earning less than Rs. 50 lakhs per annum currently
