Job Description:
1. Work closely with the editor of the magazines and digital property to develop a commercial plan for the titles
2. Work closely with the circulation team to build up the magazines distribution lists
3. Lead and own the advertising targets
4. Protect the ad rates, Up- sell clients
5. Proven business booking track record in previous role
6. Providing necessary training to the sales teams regarding product presentation, government/ corporate dealing and client handling.
7. Revenue generation through space selling, servicing existing clients.
8. Making presentations and maintain relationships with both corporate clients as well as advertising agencies.
9. Analyze information on clients/agencies and market dynamics, identify a comprehensive database of clients, credit control, develop strong strategies for garnering organic growth in revenue from existing and new clients.
10. Create new ideas, develop value proposition for clients with 360 degree media marketing prospective and motivate sales team in order to achieve incremental revenue and bring on board new clients.
11. Profit Centre & Business Head with rich, cross- functional experience in the service sector, with diverse organizational exposure.
12. High level of competence and expertise with exposure to a comprehensive range of marketing, business development and operations functions
13. Work closely with design and technical teams
14. Credit Control, with strong strategies, analysis, monitoring and resource balancing skills along with the ability to handle multiple tasks in high pressure environments with tight deadlines.
15. Highly motivated, positive and goal- oriented, with demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail as well as the ability to build and lead effective sales teams.
16. Work with various channel vendors and drive overall adherence to defined processes by using strong coordination and facilitation skills.
