Business Head - P&L - Staffing Business

Growth360 is retained by a leading Skill Development organization that is making big inroads in Skill Development in India. The company is spread across India with Head Office in Kolkota.

Location: Delhi or Kolkota (with regular travel)

Responsibilities:

The Business Head would be responsible for building a staffing business line for the company primarily focussed on placing the students trained by them with a variety of corporates.

The role would entail delivery, client servicing as well as business development.

Staffing could be Temp or Contract or Permanent as well.

To fit the bill, you must have the following:

1. Must have been the business/delivery head for a temp or contract staffing company

2. Must have managed large teams including both recruiters as well as business development people

3. Must have strong understanding of temp/contract staffing business from an India perspective including rates, compliances

4. Must have handled large corporates as clients and have dealt at CXO level

5. Ability to write and close proposals

Ideally you should have 10-15 years of experience in the staffing industry along with an MBA from a good school.
