Planning and Branding - Brand / product category mix based on the target customer segment Positioning - On the basis the planning, lay-out Strategy - Formulating the same for Customer delight to enhance foot falls etc. including Financial Strategy - Formulate & support in designing and executing the annual marketing calendar to enhance footfalls/consumption significantly - Advertising and branding strategy to enhance footfalls - Budget strategy keeping previous year's performance, growth, etc - Ensure optimum occupancy and the right brand/ product category mix so as to attract the target consumer group and enhance consumption - Maintaining service standards for the outsourcing agencies, in line with corporate standards and the customer service expectations of the customers - Ensure safety standards are set in line with corporate standards and review/approve the safety and security policies/processes - Supervise the completion of the leasing administration process by the retailer and all other formalities prior to opening of a store; in coordination with Leasing and Legal teams - Build and maintain relationships with key retailers
