Company - Multi national (Service based)
Job Profile - Business Head/Regional Head/Business Head - East/P&L Head
Experience - 17 to 30 years
Age - Must be less then 52 years
Job Location - Kolkata
Required Skills - Deep understanding of P&L management, Cost Optimization, People Management, Business Strategy, Policies etc.
To assume P&L responsibility for Region operations and ensure effective service delivery and functioning of the associated branches by managing sales, profitability, recruitment & retention, PI, collections, etc.; Ensure delivery of high quality service to customers in accordance with company polices; Harmonious industrial relations supported by ER team; Effective partner relationships; Adherence to all legal and statutory compliances
Business Performance
- Develop strategy and plan to ensure achievement of regional sales, profitability, recruitment & retention, PI, collections targets
- Accountable for growth and retention of Key and Core Accounts
- Develop mechanism and monitor achievement of better price increase, collections and receivables
- Monitor and control expenditure and overheads
- Oversee financial budget and audit of Branches in the region
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of metrics.
Operations Management
- Directly accountable for planning and organizing regional operations
- Supervise, co-ordinate and monitor all functions within the Region - Field Sales, HR, Finance, Procurement, administratively as per defined budget requirements
- Establish quality parameters in consultation with Quality Manager to maintain consistently high quality service levels
- Manage all escalations and establish robust exception and crisis management mechanism
- Ensure implementation of company policies and adherence to statutory compliances
- Support and facilitate implementation of corporate projects.
Client Relationship Management
- Strive to understand customer's needs and deliver the right/customized solutions
- Develop and maintain Brand equity by retaining and building prestigious clients
- Build effective customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction and promote company's image
- Coordinate all surveys and client requested audits
Leadership & IR
With support from Regional HR and ER Team:
- Develop manpower budget & plans as per hub requirements
- Ensure recruitment of adequate number of quality direct and indirect manpower as per provisions of manpower budget
- Monitor IR & discipline situation continuously and ensure harmonious employee relation by devising and implementing suitable mechanisms
- Ensure effective development of Direct & Indirect Staff and implementation of HR policies & Training programs
