Business Head - P&L - FMCG

Our client is a 10 year old FMCG (Food). We are on the lookout for a Business Head who will take the company to new heights and work on making our brand a household name.

KRA's :

1) Responsible for the company's P&L

2) Maintain market awareness, expansion opportunities and identify new opportunities for promoting products

3) Lead the development of short and long-term strategy and demonstrate active scaling of the business

4) Set measurable strategic goals and deliver results from key B2B and B2C stakeholders

Essentials / Key requirements :

1) Ideally candidate should have demonstrated business turnaround and revenue growth through strategic marketing and key decision making

2) Strong management skills in the FMCG industry, especially food

3) Strong leadership skills and business acumen

4) An out-of-box thinker with a flair for ingenuity and process efficiency
