Business Head - Mumbai Job Location Available: Mumbai Company- E-Learning Company which provides professional courses to working professionals Notice Period: ASAP Experience: Min. 6-14 years Position: Business Head Onine- Mumbai &nbsp; Overall :&nbsp; - Take end-to-end P&amp;L ownership and independently manage a 12+ CR PNL across the Finance and Analytics domain, catering to students/professionals pan India in online or offline modes - Define, develop and use metrics to drive the vision and manage a business unit independently - Build and motivate high performing teams to achieve top-line and profit targets for your BU and ensure month-on- month growth. - Ensure that sales and training operations are running smoothly Sales and Marketing :&nbsp; - Guides and train teams to accomplish set revenue and product targets. - Responsible for sales governance activities including lead to conversion, warm lead management, CRM, Other Efficiency Metrics - Managing the gamut of tasks including manpower planning, recruitment, induction and training of Sales Teams - Develop and implement Marketing Plans with focus on improving sales efficiencies, launching of new programs, and other local promotional activities. - Setup BTL activities for lead generation and direct sales - Training and External Relations - Managing training delivery and governance, and ensuring that training outcome has been met - Develop a high-performing training team, and setup and maintain a network of empaneled trainers - Ensure quality assurance methods and metrics are in place for training excellence - Tie with Colleges, Universities and Corporates for Sourcing, Training &amp; Placements across assigned territories.
