This position is to manage a separate line of business with a strong presence in Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, Home Depot, and eBay with more partner relationships in the works. The line of business is growing fast (CAGR ~70%) and is targeted to hit $50M in 2021. All products are sold direct to consumers via online channels. Responsibilities : The incumbent will hold full Profit & Loss responsibility for the assigned Line of Business and be accountable for the following: - Revenue: Consistently meet the Sales and Margin goals - Customer Value: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to continuously enhance value to customers in terms of product range, availability, price, and service - Marketing: Drive marketing campaigns to deliver sales as well as build the brand - Supply Chain: Forecast, plan, and coordinate production, warehousing, and fulfillment - Channels: Expand the channels and strengthen existing sales channels Requirements - Proven experience in a business development role with 5+ years experience in online retail preferably in the North American Market. - Must have the experience of building at least one brand with a strong digital presence. - Experience in digital marketing - SEO/SEM, email, social media, affiliate, and display advertising.
